National review
Who reviews requests
This diocese has no religious emblems committee working in Compass, so the national Religious Emblems Committee approves facilitators who live here, groups that meet here, and emblem applications from Scouts whose home is here.
Unit award applications from units here go to national review by the Relationships Committee chair.
Eastern Catholic families choose their eparchy directly when they register a child. Scouts may join groups anywhere.
